Lakeside Dining Hall

Dining is both memorable and casual at the Lakeside Dining Hall.  With enough room to seat up to 650 guests, this handsome work of architecture is pleasing to the eye. The large windows on the back side of the dining hall provide a wonderful view of the lake.

Our food service offers all-you-can-eat buffet meals with self service beverage stations and soup & salad bar (priced with Group Retreat Packages).

Breakfast buffet meals usually include special home-baked bread, make-your-own waffles, an egg dish, a meat, both hot and cold cereal, fruit, and beverage center.  Other options are available, check out some of the example menus.

Lunch and dinner menus will be selected with care for the type of groups we have on grounds.  Menus take in to consideration the balance of children, youth, and adult groups scheduled at the time, so that menu choices will meet the needs of everyone.  At each meal there is a meat item, a daily soup, several side dishes, fruit and vegetable salad bar, a dessert item, and extensive beverage center (juices, coffee, tea, and soda).

Plated sit-down-serve banquets can also be scheduled for groups.  Meals can be prepared with table settings that are either casual or formal.  Formal settings of china, crystal, special table cloths, table decorations, and well dressed staff serving each guest a plated meal in courses.  There are many choices for banquets, browse some of the choices on the example banquet menus.
